The footage carries an August 31, 8:45 p.m. overlay; reporting places the encounter around 8:40–8:45 p.m. The injury mechanism and severity remain attributed to reporting, and participants’ party affiliations are not established. Delaney Hall: curfew response footage recirculated in September
An Essex County sheriff’s bus and lines of police surround a crowd near concrete barriers in this 43-second clip. The footage matches a Nick Sortor post published at 10:05 p.m. Newark time on May 31. @JulianAssange_2 reposted it on September 5 using the earlier caption’s claim that events were happening now. It belongs with the May 31 curfew response; the September upload does not establish a new incident.

The earlier post is dated June 1 at 02:05 UTC, which was May 31 at 10:05 p.m. in Newark.
